This is just nuts. The coldest place on earth is in Russia. This small village called Oymyakon, closes school only when it reaches -52 celcius. Otherwise the kids play outside! They say birds die in mid- flight! For the record, at -60 celcius, spit freezes before it hits the ground. You shouldn't be spitting to begin with but that is cold. Now, Calgary's been having -30 temps for the last week. I guess we shouldn't complain. And who the heyl is this guy?!
